Lile Staff

Barbara Lile is Executive Vice President and an owner of Lile International Companies, a certified woman-owned business. Barbara’s 45 year history with Lile started in 1964 at Lile’s Tacoma, WA office as a Receptionist, Dispatcher, Warehouse Assistant, and one of the first female Household Goods Packers in the State of Washington. In 1990 she became Office Manager for Lile’s Kent Branch and subsequently Branch Manager of Kent’s High Value Products division serving the Seattle Washington market. In 2000, she was appointed Executive Vice President of the company.

Barbara attended the University of Washington, and currently manages Lile’s special corporate projects. She helped develop and implement Lile’s web-based inventory management system, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors.

When not working in the Lile’s Washington offices, Barbara enjoys gardening at her home in Auburn, knitting projects for family and friends, and listening to her son’s band at live music venues.
