disposition of excess, idle and obsolete electronic/computer equipment. ER’Ss
Resale and Recycling Solutions are designed to produce new profits for our customers
and minimize the liability associated with improper disposal of equipment that
is often held in storage, almost given away to scrap dealers, or discarded in
landfills.

The purpose of ERS’s Resale Solution is to produce the optimum return
on idle and excess equipment for Lile’s customers. The carrying costs associated
with this
equipment, such as storage fees and asset controls, are often a hidden financial
drain on a company’s
resources.
ERS’s Resale Solution converts excess and idle equipment into income.
ERS’s Resale Solution starts with the identification of possible equipment
resale opportunities for Lile’s customers and the establishment of customer-specific
objectives. ERS then uses its product and market knowledge to collect, compile
and analyze market research and purchasing data. This information is used to
prepare a customized disposition strategy for equipment and to contact qualified
buyers. By creating a competitive bidding environment between qualified buyers,
ERS obtains the maximum resale income for Lile’s customers.
ERS finds the markets, determines the most favorable disposition strategy
and then shares the proceeds. The entire ERS Resale process is designed to produce
